Spiral Elevators

The spiral elevator is the perfect solution for moving a product upwards while simultaneously treating it thermally in very small spaces. The conveyor surface is a rising helicoidal trough, or rather a spiral with a constant pitch. The width of the trough is determined by the difference between the helicoid’s external and internal diameter. The product moves upwards on the conveyor by means of an oscillating thrust movement with controlled frequency and amplitude, and the direction is inclined in order to throw the product upwards.
