Fixed Profile Thrust

Kingsbury now offers a standard line of plain thrust bearings, sometimes called land bearings, in addition to our proven tilting pad design. KN thick-walled metric bearings are designed for pressure oil-lubricated rotating machinery such as turbines, pumps and gears. Power ranges typically at 1MW and operate at sliding speeds of 5m/s to 90 m/s. A wide variety of sizes and proportions are available in shaft sizes of up to 710 mm. Standard designs can be customized for individual applications to suit any shaft size. For shaft sizes above 710 mm, bearings are custom made to your specifications. Kingsbury will also manufacture bearings to customer supplied drawings and specifications.
