Flowserve (Halberg)’s horizontal and vertical ring-section type pumps and tubular casing pumps are the result of HALBERG, MAN, and Balcke-Dürr pump technology. The main applications include boiler feed, condensate, and cooling water pumps for conventional and nuclear power plants, cooling water pumps in large-scale plants, descaling pumps for rolling mills, and pumps for municipal pumping stations, irrigation, and drainage. If required, Flowserve (Halberg) also builds complete pumps identical to those installed, ensuring no costs for system adjustments, unchanged operating conditions due to identical hydraulic properties, minimized inventories because spare parts are the same, and continued familiarity for operating and service personnel. Experienced specialists from the project planning department are available to assist with new or replacement pumps, and the development and design department can carry out system-specific adjustments to suit on-site conditions if needed. Flowserve (Halberg) is registered to the worldwide DIN-EN 9001 standard and, regarding power plants, to KTA rule 1401, QSP 4, HP0, or AVS 100/50.
