Tube bending machine with multi-stack bending tool

Refitting machines is a drain on resources in any industry, resulting in downtime and costing both time and nerves. In those applications, large volumes of various pipe types with different nominal diameters are processed. The pressure dies, clamp jaws and bend former used to manufacture the pipes for ships are very large and heavy. A crane is needed to change them which costs time and effort and may entail quality risks because the tool has to be adjusted. These machines reduce setup times by a massive 70 percent and result in a consistent, high-quality bending result, short downtimes and high machine utilization.
